// Local Services Ads management · 10% of spend

The spot above the ads.

Search "electrician near me" and the first thing you see is a row of businesses Google has checked, each with a call button. That's Local Services. You pay when someone calls or messages you, never for a click. We run the account, watch every lead, and flag the bad ones so Google can credit them back.

// Who does what

A few taps from you. The rest is on us.

Some of Local Services only the business owner can do. Google screens you, not your agency, and it builds your ad from a profile only you can edit. Here's the split, so nothing on this page reads like we do everything.

We handle

  • Pull every lead, call recording and message into your dashboard dailyRecordings play right in the browser.
  • Email you the unrated leads each morning with one-tap ratingsRatings go straight to Google. No login.
  • Rate exact duplicates for you, with your OKSame phone number, same job type, inside 7 days.
  • Keep your max per lead at or below what a lead is worth to you
  • Hold spend to the monthly budget you approveEach week we suggest a change. You confirm it with one click, or ignore it.
  • Review the account weekly and report monthly on cost per lead and credits

You handle

  • Pass Google's background, license and insurance checksGoogle screens the owner. We tell you what's still missing.
  • Answer fast, and call back the ones you missGoogle ranks Local Services partly on how quickly you respond.
  • Tap a rating on each leadYou know which calls turned into jobs. We don't.
  • Ask happy customers for a review, and keep hours and photos currentGoogle builds the ad from your profile, and only the owner can edit it.
// What runs on your account

Built for how a service business actually works.

Everything below runs on its own every day. You see all of it in one dashboard, and you get an email when something needs you.

Bad-lead credits
One tap

Flag the junk before Google's window closes

Pick a reason and the rating goes to Google with it. Google decides the credit, and the ones it approves show up on your next Local Services statement.
Morning lead email
8:30 daily

Yesterday's leads, waiting for a thumb

Only charged leads you haven't rated yet. Each one links to a page that works on a phone, without signing in.
Duplicates

Same caller twice, charged once

When the same number asks about the same job inside a week, we rate the repeat as a duplicate for you.
Max per lead

Never more than a lead is worth

We set the bid limit from your lead value and bring it back down if it drifts. We never raise it on our own.
Every call

Recordings in your dashboard

Hear the call before you rate it. Messages, call length and call-backs sit next to each lead.
Missed leads

Flagged when nobody called back

A lead with no reply shows up in red on your dashboard. Slow replies cost you placement, so we don't let one sit.

What you spent, what came back, and what it bought

One page in plain numbers, with the month before next to each one so you can see which way things moved.

// Pricing

Same 10% as our Google Ads management.

10% of what Google charged you for Local Services last month, billed to the card you already have on file. No base fee, no setup fee, no minimum. If you run Search ads with us too, it's one 10% on the combined spend.

Management fee at common monthly spend

Each fee is 10% of that month's spend, with nothing added on top.
ConceptSEO Local Services Ads management fee at four levels of monthly spend. The fee is 10% of spend, and the total is spend plus fee.
Monthly Local Services spend ConceptSEO fee Total that month
$500 $50 $550
$1,000 $100 $1,100
$2,500 $250 $2,750
$5,000 $500 $5,500

Billed after the fact

On the 2nd of each month, for last month's spend, from Google's reported numbers.

The card you already use

Charged to the card on your SEO plan, as one invoice a month.

Needs the SEO plan

An add-on to the $500/mo SEO subscription on the same domain.

Why does it need the SEO subscription?

Because the things that win Local Services also win the map pack: reviews and a complete Google Business Profile. The local SEO side of the plan works on both every week anyway. And with one team on the paid side and the organic side, you get a straight answer about which one is actually filling your calendar.
// Questions

Local Services, plainly.

Is this the same thing as Google Ads?

It's run from the same Google Ads account, but it works differently. Search ads charge per click and show your ad copy. Local Services charges per lead (a call, message or booking) and shows your profile, reviews and Google's verified badge above the regular ads.

Can you get my business verified by Google?

You have to pass Google's checks yourself: background, license and insurance, depending on your trade. Google verifies the owner, not the agency. We'll tell you exactly what's missing and what to upload.

Which leads can get credited?

Google decides. The usual reasons are spam, sales pitches, duplicates, jobs outside your area and work you don't do. You have 30 days from the lead to flag it, which is why we put the rating in your inbox the next morning.

Do you write the ad?

No one does. Google builds a Local Services ad from your profile: business name, reviews, hours, service area and job types. We review the profile and tell you what to change, and we manage the account settings (budget, max per lead, job types) directly.

I already run Search ads with you. How is that billed?

It's the same 10%, applied to your combined Search and Local Services spend. You get one invoice a month with a line for each channel, and there's no base fee on either.
